Who we are
Safi Construction & Caulking is an owner-operated caulking and sealing contractor based in Scarborough, working across Ontario. We seal windows, doors, masonry joints and building envelopes on custom homes, residential buildings, factories and commercial properties — including work at height from boom lifts, swing stages and rope access. Every job is finished to the same standard: a straight, clean bead, a tidy site, and a seal that holds.

10-year warranty, labour and materials
Not a season, not a year — ten. If a joint we sealed fails inside that window, we come back and it costs you nothing. Very few caulking contractors will put that in writing.
15 years in the trade
Fifteen years of Ontario freeze-thaw cycles, on houses, apartment blocks, factories and commercial buildings. Fully insured.
We work at height
Swing stages, rope access with full harness, boom lifts and extension ladders. The top of the wall gets the same finish as the ground floor — and it is not work a homeowner can do.
Residential, commercial and industrial
Custom homes, residential buildings, factories and commercial properties. The trade is the same; the access and the scheduling are not.
Quoted in linear feet
Frame-to-brick and glass-to-frame priced separately, so you can see what you are paying for instead of a single lump sum.
