Old sealant cut out, joint cleaned back to sound substrate, backer rod set to the correct depth.

Seal
The right sealant for the substrate and the movement, gunned and tooled in one pass.

Clean-up
Site left clean. Before and after photos on request.
Photos help a lot. A clear shot of the joint as it is now usually gets you a price without a site visit.
