01

Window & Door Sealant

The joint between a frame and the wall around it is where water gets in first. We cut the failed sealant out, clean the joint back to sound substrate, set backer rod to the right depth, then gun and tool the bead in one pass so it sits flush and runs straight.

  • Exterior & interior window and door caulking
  • Complete removal and replacement of old caulking
  • Air-barrier and foam sealing around windows and doors
  • Backer rod installation

Tight close-up of a window sill and frame corner with a beautifully tooled glossy black bead running the sill joint and turning cleanly at the brick; sharp, well exposed, the single clearest piece of craft in this batch.
02

Glazing & High-Rise

Curtain wall, storefront and high-rise façades, sealed from swing stages, bosun chairs and rope access. The top of the building gets the same bead as the ground floor — and it is not work a general contractor can improvise.

  • Glass-to-aluminum and curtain-wall glazing
  • High-rise window and façade caulking

03

Masonry & Joint Sealing

Expansion and control joints have to move without tearing. That means the right joint geometry, the right backer, and a sealant rated for the movement the joint will actually see — not whatever was on the truck.

  • Precast-to-precast and panel joint sealing
  • Expansion and control joints
  • Brick, stone, stucco, concrete and masonry joints
  • Flashing and metal-to-metal sealing

04

Waterproofing & Leak Repair

When water is already getting in, the first job is finding where — not sealing everything and hoping. We trace the path, then treat the assembly: balconies, parapets, through-wall details and the transitions where two materials meet.

  • Balcony waterproofing and sealing
  • Water-leak investigation and repair
  • Building-envelope maintenance and restoration

05

Firestopping & Smoke Sealing

Rated assemblies stay rated only if every penetration through them is sealed with the right firestop system. This is inspection work as much as trade work, and it is documented.

Re-Caulking & New Construction

Two ends of the same trade: stripping out twenty-year-old sealant on an existing building, and laying the first bead on a new one. Both get commercial-grade materials and the same preparation.

  • Commercial and residential re-caulking
  • New-construction caulking and sealant installation

Difficult access

We reach the parts other trades cannot

For difficult-access and high-rise projects, our team is experienced in working from swing stages, bosun chairs, boom lifts, scissor lifts, and scaffolding.

  • Swing stages
  • Bosun chairs
  • Rope access
  • Boom lifts
  • Scissor lifts
  • Scaffolding
